Standard Return Policy
Seller stands behind the products that it offers for sale and, subject to the limitations described herein, will accept a request for the return of Goods within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery of the Goods. Seller will not accept the return of any Good that (a) has been subjected to abuse, misuse (including operating any Good for more than 14 hours per day or at temperatures greater than 40° C/104° F), neglect, negligence, accident, improper testing, improper wiring or installation, improper storage, improper handling, abnormal physical stress, abnormal environmental conditions, natural disaster, or use contrary to any instruction issued by the manufacturer; or (b) has been reconstructed, repaired, or altered by anyone other than Seller.
Buyer must contact Seller within thirty (30) days of delivery to request a return. All returns must be pre-approved by Seller and accompanied by a copy of a return authorization form, which will be provided by Seller upon approval and which will include instructions for how to return the Goods. All returns must be in the original packaging in as-new condition with the return shipping prepaid by the customer. Seller reserves the right to impose a restocking fee on all returns. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Defective Product and Returns Due to Our Error
You may return defective items, items damaged at the time of receipt, and incorrect items received without penalty. Your return shipping charges will be waived.
When we receive your return, we inspect the item and provide a replacement or issue a refund. If the product is not defective, return shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued.
